Operational Strategy
Managed the Phase I architectural interior build-out. The project included a retail bakery & cafe, central kitchen to supply all Baker & Nosh retail outlets, Knox Bread corporate offices, and a Phase II culinary education center.
Space Planning and Programming
Strategic space planning optimized the triangular site for best customer and operational flow.
Detailed 3D Modeling
Developed 3D visualizations instrumental in aligning the client with the final design.
Technical Coordination
Produced a full Design Development (DD) package for seamless hand-off to the Architect of Record.
