Conducted site surveys to document existing conditions followed by strategic space planning and spatial programming.
Detailed 3D Modeling
Developed 3D visualizations instrumental in aligning the client with the final design.
Technical Coordination
Produced a full Design Development (DD) package for seamless hand-off to the Architect of Record.
