Scotts Miracle-Gro + West Elm
A proposal to complete the West Elm indoor plant category by merchandising SMG soil and plant food alongside existing planters and starter plants. Developed spatial models and cross-merchandising visuals to validate how utilitarian gardening products could coexist seamlessly within West Elm's elevated store environment.
